CSU PIONEER ROBIN BROWN RETIRES

CSU PIONEER ROBIN BROWN RETIRES

An incredible legacy was established by Robin Brown. She joined the University 11 years ago to create the position of vice president for enrollment and access and paved the way for extraordinary gains in diversity, transfer students, and overall enrollment. With Brown’s successful team approach, CSU has seen historic growth in all three areas, reaching milestone numbers in 2016: the largest freshman class, number of transfers, and overall enrollment at 33,198 students. Enrollment and access also has been instrumental in student success initiatives, helping to increase retention and graduation rates. Brown will retire this June. Melissa Trifiletti, CSU’s director of admissions, will step into the position July 1.
