THE HOMECOMING 5K is changing course – literally.

Now in its 37th year, the popular, family-friendly race will move from its traditional campus course to Hughes Stadium, providing runners with more of a cross-country feel. The Homecoming 5K, put on by the Department of Health and Exercise Science, is one of the largest 5K races in Northern Colorado, annually attracting more than 1,500 runners. This year’s race is set for Saturday, Oct. 14.
