The CSU Impact Map – Impacto in Spanish – on the third floor of the Terra building on the Spur Campus in Denver provides a glimpse of the CSU System’s global reach. The oversized interactive map highlights where faculty, staff, students, and alumni are working to solve problems, support communities, and create impact in far-flung corners of the world.

Users can touch the four panels to navigate across continents to 80 research initiatives or project sites, or use the screens to delve into such themes as the environment, food, community, water, health, and energy.

“We want people to walk up to this map, see someone doing something that is inspirational, and say, Maybe I can do that. I can do that. I’m going to do that,” CSU System Chancellor Tony Frank said.
