THE FLUME
In 1922, Ralph Parshall, professor of civil and irrigation engineer, patents the Parshall Flume, which remains the standard irrigation water measuring device throughout the world.

PEACE CORPS
Maurice Albertson, Pauline Birky-Kreutzer, and Andrew Rice in civil engineering complete a feasibility study in 1962 that will help create the Peace Corps.

After the Spring Creek flood in 1997,  the bowling alley was not rebuilt.
